Our Spanish school in Buenos Aires

VOS is the Spanish Cultural Club in Buenos Aires. We offer classes in Spanish with an enphasis on communication: fluency in Spanish comes from speaking, writing, living and connecting in Spanish.

Classes are inside and outside the classroom. We have thinned the classroom walls, learning continues in weekly workshops and cultural activities that make each week  a cultural adventure in Spanish language.

The astonishing growth of social networks and Web 2.0 is a new literacy. Therefore, new ways of learning and new ways of viewing knowledge. These changes lead us to work in teaching a second language in another way: centered on changing the teaching role. The teacher should be more of a facilitator of learning than a possessor of knowledge, thus promoting the proper context and bringing the tools to enable students to create their own learning environment.

This approach calls for a students that can be autonomous and ready to address emerging educational trends that require technology. Then comes the big challenge: to align the curricular content of second language learning to this pattern, which suggests the development of new ways of thinking.
We dedicate ourselves to this huge task every day, regularly researching and experimenting with our faculty and students the best ways of learning and teaching Spanish as a second language.
